Keep Active ! Move More, Sit Less
Whether you are taking extra precautions to stay healthy or socially isolating from others. Now is the time to look after your physical and mental health. Eat well, sleep well and be active! Try to minimise time spent sitting.
You can be physically active anywhere, including in your own home. Remember activities such as hoovering, gardening, cleaning and even ironing can be physically active and it all adds up. Take a walk outside to parks or around the block, but bear in mind social distancing precautions.

Remember to start out slowly and build up gradually, particularly if you have not exercised in some time or new to exercise. Try to do something you enjoy or as a family.
