Stay Active at Work

As humans we are designed to move, not sit, however we all sit for long periods of time, without even recognising it. On average adults tend to sit for 8/9 hours per day, increasing our risk of diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, depression, anxiety and of course stress. Research now highlights the negative impact of sitting for long periods on both our physical and mental health.
