**Mental Health Awareness Week 18-24 May - Kindness - We revisit some of our earlier themes ...self-care and compassion, taking one day at a time and connections

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week - this year's theme is Kindness. Below we provide some key resources and we reflect on some of the previous content we have highlighted on Umatter which relate to kindness.
